Job requirements:

1, academic knowledge requirements: bachelor degree or above, with brand design (graphic design, three-dimensional design, planning design, exhibition design, decoration design, guide design), strategic planning, team management related professional knowledge;

2. Work experience: more than 5 years in related design industry, more than 3 years of creative experience and team management experience in comprehensive type design companies;

3, skilled use of plane, 3D software, such as: PHOTOSHOP, CORELDRAW, AutoCAD, 3dmax, etc.

4. Professional and comprehensive ability: strong independent thinking and planning ability, skillful operation and execution ability of design software, understanding skills and design styles at different levels of the design industry, able to independently lead and guide the team according to project instructions

Conduct overall project operation;

5, work cooperation ability: can quickly grasp the customer's brand culture, brand concept, brand personality and other communication demands; Conduct in-depth design and research on customers' opinions and suggestions, and jointly develop coping strategies and design schemes and projects

Time schedule;

6. Design quality control ability: understand the strategic research and development results of the project, lead the detailed deepening design work in the process of landing and presenting the results, and conduct the creation process and final design proposal report

Quality control; Be able to independently complete project survey, scheme design, tender design, tender description;

7, management ability: according to the project work needs, to supervise the work of subordinate employees, find problems, and timely rationalize personnel and resource allocation, check and fill in the gaps, timely report to ensure the operation of the project
